Join us for an easy-to-prepare raw lunch class. We will put together our meal while discussing the benefits of eating raw foods as well as spices to incorporate into our recipes for mouth-watering flavor and added health benefits. From the Instructor: My name is Olivia. I am a wife, mama, and certified nutritional herbalist. I started this journey with my family in mind.
