Creative Journaling for Productivity and Mindfulness

Daily visual journaling is an excellent way to quiet your mind and boost productivity. For the creative and non-creative alike, tracking daily to dos, making notes about your day, or planning upcoming events, journaling is a way to create a record of your life to be enjoyed for years to come.
In this workshop Amber Sherman will share some techniques that she use daily:
to keep on track
improve follow through
to engage the creative side of her brain.
She will also provide information and resources to learn more about productivity systems like , as well as tips and tricks learned from other mixed media artists.
About the Instructor: Amber Sherman is a mental health professional who is passionate about mindfulness and organization, and has been using creative journnaling for over 2 years. Amber is married, has a toddler, 2 cats and a basset houns named Peg.
